BMJ Future Health partners with Learner+ to streamline CPD for health professionals -

BMJ Future Health, part of the BMJ Group's education portfolio, has entered into a partnership with Learner+, a UK-based smart reflective platform, to enhance the way health professionals engage in continuing professional development (CPD). The collaboration aims to simplify the process of transforming everyday learning moments into accredited CPD activities.

Through the integration of Learner+’s digital tools, BMJ Future Health will expand its global educational reach by offering health practitioners a practical method to document and structure informal learning. Learner+ uses AI-guided prompts to help users capture reflections quickly and efficiently—removing the need for manual documentation. Reflections can be logged in real-time, including through mobile messaging services, and are automatically converted into CPD credits.

The partnership seeks to make reflective practice more accessible by aligning the process with the pace and realities of clinical work. Health professionals can document spontaneous insights without administrative burden, supporting ongoing professional development and revalidation compliance.

The collaboration also advances Learner+’s broader goal of awarding five million CPD points by 2030, aiming to support practitioners across the UK in maintaining professional standards and career readiness.
