BioOne, a publisher of scientific research, will partner with ReadCube, a Boston-based publishing technology company, to enhance the content from its online aggregation BioOne Complete. Leveraging ReadCube's Discover service, titles from BioOne's society and institutional partner publishers will be fully enhanced and discoverable across ReadCube's platform.
In addition to improved discoverability via ReadCube's web, desktop, and mobile reading portals, articles from BioOne Complete will be enhanced. Popular ReadCube features like hyperlinked in-line citations, annotations, clickable author names, direct access to supplemental content and figures, social sharing and altmetrics will be seamlessly integrated into the reading interface.
BioOne is a nonprofit publisher that aims to make scientific research more accessible through a growing portfolio of products including its full-text aggregation, BioOne Complete, and open access journal, Elementa: Science of the Anthropocene.
