Journal production services provider Dartmouth Journal Services (DJS), part of The Sheridan Group, US, has announced an agreement with The American Association of Immunologists. Under the deal, DJS will provide services for the production of The Journal of Immunology (The JI). The JI is owned and published by the AAI.
Over 1700 manuscripts are published every year in The JI, resulting in about 16000 text pages. DJS will provide copyediting and composition along with print production, fulfillment, author billing and reprint services for The JI. Utilising an article-based workflow, DJS will also assist the AAI with the timely production of Publish-Ahead-of-Print content.
Issued in print and online twice monthly, The JI claims to be the most highly cited journal in the field of immunology.
