DocuTAP will leverage the capabilities of the advanced Language EngineĀ® to normalise data into standard terminologies, enhancing diagnosis and problem search and ensuring accurate translation and conversion from ICD-9 to ICD-10. Provider Friendly Terminologies will be utilised to lay an effective foundation for enhanced documentation practices to support compliance with the evolving regulatory landscape.
