E-books and research technology provider ebrary, US, a ProQuest business, has partnered with the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). The AIAA claims to be the world's largest technical society dedicated to the global aerospace profession.
Under terms of the agreement, nearly 300 AIAA e-books will be available on the ebrary platform to libraries throughout the world, under a variety of acquisition models. The vast majority of the nearly 300 AIAA titles will be available in Academic Complete, ebrary's flagship subscription e-book database, which offers simultaneous multi-user access, downloads and continued growth at no extra cost.
AIAA titles will also be added to ebrary's Corporate Aerospace Collection. All of the e-books will also be available for purchase through ebrary's perpetual archive and patron driven acquisition models directly through ebrary or via leading book vendors including YBP.
