EBSCO Clinical Decisions has launched Dyna AI Mode, a purpose-built AI interface within DynaMed®, DynaMedex®, and Dynamic HealthTM, designed to deliver fast answers while preserving transparency and direct access to evidence. The company stated the new experience is intended to support growing demands for speed, clarity, control, and confidence in clinical decision-making at the point of care.
According to EBSCO Clinical Decisions, Dyna AI Mode delivers answers drawn from the same expert-vetted, evidence-based content already used across its clinical decision support (CDS) tools. The interface provides visibility into the questions asked, the reasoning applied, and access to underlying evidence.
The company stated existing clinical decision support tools often force clinicians into rigid workflows, requiring manual switching between traditional search and AI overlays. Dyna AI Mode is designed to allow clinicians to choose between AI Mode and classic search based on their needs, and to move between the two experiences at any time.
EBSCO Clinical Decisions stated the new mode is intended to reduce cognitive load, strengthen clinical confidence, and support clinicians across the full arc of clinical decision-making. The AI-driven synthesis is positioned alongside traditional topic exploration, enabling users to adapt the experience based on clinical task requirements while maintaining the same clinical standards, editorial processes, and update cadence already used within DynaMed and Dynamic Health.
Dyna AI Mode supports documentation, continuity, and collaboration through copy-ready functionality that captures questions, responses, references, and timestamps. Clinicians can revisit prior searches and re-run queries to ensure responses reflect the most current evidence and guidance available at the time of care.
