Editage, a science communications brand by Cactus Communications (CACTUS), has announced a partnership with the British Blockchain Association (BBA) to offer a bouquet of services for authors submitting to the Journal of British Blockchain Association (JBBA). These services will be available on the co-branded service website launched by Editage and BBA.
Blockchain is one of the most revolutionary technologies of the 21st century, enabling transparency and trust in transactions and in a manner that guarantees privacy and security. According to the World Economic Forum (WEF), about 10% of the world GDP will be stored on blockchain by 2027. It is in this context that research into blockchain and its applications become very important.
Researchers across the world are working at the cutting edge of blockchain technology. To publish in reputable journals and get their research out to the largest audience, many researchers have to publish in English, which can pose a challenge to many.
The partnership between Editage and the British Blockchain Association (BBA) is aimed at addressing this and democratising research in blockchain by improving access to blockchain research produced across the world.
The collaboration will give authors submitting to JBBA, as well as BBA members, access to language editing, manuscript formatting, and translation services offered by Editage experts specialising in blockchain technology.
