STM publisher Elsevier has announced its collaboration with the Oncology Nursing Society to review and amend 76 oncology-related skills in Mosby's Skills.
Mosby's Skills is a comprehensive, combined reference product and competency management system. Designed for healthcare nursing professionals, Mosby's Skills combines powerful skills and procedures reference product with convenient competency management system functionality. More than 1,300 skills are featured within Adult, Pediatric, and specialties such as Perioperative, Maternal/Newborn, Neonatal Intensive Care, Respiratory Care, Oncology and others. Mosby's Skills is part of Elsevier's Mosby's Suite, an online solution that provides training, education, skills reference and support at the point of care.
The Oncology Nursing Society joins the list of well-known organisations that have collaborated with Elsevier to develop and review areas within Mosby's Skills. Among them: the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (A.S.P.E.N.), American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
