Elsevier set to publish the Journal of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry -

STM publisher Elsevier, Netherlands, has announced that it will assume publication of the Journal of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, beginning with Volume 49, Number 1 (January 2010). The journal is the official publication of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP).

The Journal of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry will continue under the leadership of Editor-in-Chief Dr. Andrés Martin and its distinguished editorial board. The journal provides cutting-edge, peer-reviewed scientific content on all aspects relevant to child and adolescent mental health. Each monthly issue will also provide opportunities to participate in accredited continuing medical education activities to enhance overall clinical proficiency. The journal is indexed by leading abstracting and indexing services, including Index Medicus/MEDLINE.

ScienceDirect, Elsevier’s electronic platform with over 11 million users, will provide online access to the full text of the Journal of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (current and forthcoming content, as well as archived issues, back to volume 1, number 1).
