Open access (OA) scholarly publisher Co-Action Publishing, Sweden, has been selected by the Emergency Health Threats Forum to assume ownership and publication of the journal, Emergency Health Threats Journal (EHT-J). The new journal moves to the Co-Action Publishing portfolio as of April 11, 2011. Current content as well as all archival material can henceforth be found at www.eht-journal.net.
Andrew Geoffrey Robertson, Divisional Director, Health Protection Group, Western Australia, has agreed to continue in his role as Editor-in-Chief. The support of an international editorial board is expected to ensure continuity and a solid future for the Journal.
An international, peer-reviewed journal, the Emerging Health Threats Journal publishes latest research on emerging threats to human health. Its focus is threats from any source, including the environment, chemicals, radiation, pathogens, and society. It welcomes papers on the preparedness and response to natural or man-made disasters, including those that involve the deliberate release of chemical, biological, or radio-nuclear material.
