EMpact Sales (EMpact), the publisher representation group of EBSCO Information Services, US, has signed an agreement with the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) PUBLISHING to serve as the exclusive sales and marketing representative. Under the deal, EMpact will promote 23 scientific-based, peer-reviewed journals for CSIRO PUBLISHING, in both print and electronic format, in South Korea and Latin America, including Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean, including Puerto Rico.
Through its affiliation with EBSCO Information Services, EMpact is projected as the ideal partner for publishers who wish to expand their sales efforts and promotion of their products to additional targeted territories across the globe. The EMpact team can develop an exclusive and strategic plan to dramatically broaden the exposure for publishers' electronic products and content.
