Library technology solutions provider Ex Libris Group has signed an agreement with BIBCOM Central Collector of Libraries, a principal aggregator of Russian scholarly content, to include its extensive collections in the Primo Central Index.
Offered as a cloud-based service to institutions around the globe, the Primo Central Index enables users to search hundreds of millions of scholarly e-resources of global and regional importance. These resources, which have been harvested from primary and secondary publishers and aggregators and from open-access repositories, include various types of content, such as journal articles, e‑books, reviews, and legal documents.
The RUCONT National Digital Resource is an interdisciplinary full-text database of scholarly Russian-language resources in the arts, humanities, and natural and technical sciences, offered by BIBCOM CCL. Among the institutions whose research publications are included in RUCONT are Lomonosov Moscow State University, Saint Petersburg State University, and numerous regional universities.
Ex Libris will be exhibiting at the Frankfurt Book Fair, at booth L72 in hall 4.2.
