Science and Research Content

FZ Jülich implements Dimensions to better inform research activities -

Global technology company Digital Science has announced that researchers and administrators throughout Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZ Jülich) will have access to advanced analytical insights for over 128 million grants, clinical trials, publications and patents through a new partnership with Dimensions.

Launched in January 2018, Dimensions enables users to search and filter over $1.3tn of funded grants, over 360,000 clinical trials, 90 million publications and 34 million patents. The data can be exported or further analysed within the platform, and users can compare the academic and broader impacts of a research item utilising extensive citation and altmetrics data.

Developed in partnership with over 100 leading research organisations around the world, Dimensions is a first-of-its-kind solution. It surfaces over 4 billion connections between content types, linking different stages of the research lifecycle and making it much easier for users to gather the insights necessary to most effectively guide future research activities.

Brought to you by Scope e-Knowledge Center, a trusted global partner for digital content transformation solutions - Abstracting & Indexing (A&I), Knowledge Modeling (Taxonomies, Thesauri and Ontologies), and Metadata Enrichment & Entity Extraction.
