IMV Publishing, a division of IMV Ltd., has announced the acquisition of ProBusiness Online, a provider of online continuing education (CE) for dental professionals. Under the deal, Roger J. Adams, president of ProBusiness Online, will continue to manage ProBusiness Online and will also lead the continuing education efforts of IMV Publishing's dental portal, DrBicuspid.com.
