Educational media company Infobase has selected LibLynx to provide COUNTER-compliant reporting and related business intelligence across its portfolio of brands, including Facts On File, Films On Demand, and Learn360.
LibLynx’s plug and play COUNTER widget enables Infobase to easily embed on-demand and real-time COUNTER reporting into any web page, giving customers the flexibility to view reports online, download files, or automate ingestion via a SUSHI feed.
Infobase sought to upgrade their in-house COUNTER reporting to take advantage of the latest Code of Practice, which offers more intuitive, flexible reporting to their customers. They were also looking for more powerful usage analytics across their diverse range of resources, covering a wide variety of platforms, technical environments, and interactive experiences.
Once the implementation of COUNTER 5 reporting is complete, LibLynx will deliver a variety of additional custom reports that incorporate important business metrics and provide Infobase customers and staff with a richer understanding of usage. All reporting will be delivered through the same embeddable widget, simplifying implementation for Infobase.
