Inspec now available via ProQuest platform -

Universities can now offer access to the Institution of Engineering and Technology's (IET) renowned Inspec database via the ProQuest platform.

Created by the Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET), Inspec is one of the world's most definitive sources of specialized scientific and technical literature, containing more than 16 million abstracts and indexing records. This rich A&I content continues to be available to corporate researchers via ProQuest Dialog. University researchers can now access Inspec through the ProQuest platform, which enables it to be cross-searched with hundreds of other databases on the ProQuest platform – including full-text content in ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global and the SciTech Premium Collection.

Inspec, an insightful and diverse bibliographic database, covers the core engineering and technology subject areas of physics, electrical engineering, electronics, communications, control engineering, computing, information technology, manufacturing, production and mechanical engineering. In addition, Inspec provides significant coverage in related disciplines such as materials science, oceanography, nuclear engineering, geophysics, biomedical engineering and many more.
