IOS Press continues Impact Factor growth -

STM publisher IOS Press has announced that its journal Impact Factors continue to increase, according to the 2014 Journal Citation Reports® (JCR) released by Thomson Reuters © 2015.

Twenty-five IOS Press journals are currently included in the JCR, with 64 percent of titles showing an increase. Particularly noteworthy is Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, a well-established journal that has achieved an impressive 94 percent Impact Factor increase. It ranks 45th out of 123 journals in the competitive Computer Science: Artificial Intelligence category with an Impact Factor of 1,812.

Other journals that have achieved strong Impact Factor growth include Fundamenta Informaticae (50%, with an IF of 0,717), Cancer Biomarkers (45%, with an IF of 1,721), Isokinetics and Exercise Science (38%, with an IF of 0,488) and WORK (89%, with an IF of 0,32).

IOS Press is pleased that a growing majority of its journals continue to show increased Impact Factors in Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Reports.
