John Wiley and Sons Inc., a global leader in research and education, has announced new partnerships with Coinifide and XR Terra to deliver online learning and live bootcamp courses in the booming disciplines of blockchain, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) for business. The new offerings are slated for launch in the spring of 2021 and are designed to upskill the learner in this fast-paced and quickly evolving workplace.
Coinifide offers industry-leading blockchain education, content, and hands-on simulations. A series of courses are scheduled for release, with the first being Blockchain for Smart Contracts, followed by Blockchain for Cybersecurity, Blockchain for Accounting, Blockchain for Government, and Blockchain for Finance. Learners can choose from three different learning paths: the self-study course; the course combined with hands-on labs, or the course, labs, and a certificate. Coinifide’s industry-specific, expert-curated and immersive learning content aims to accelerate knowledge and adoption of blockchain technologies worldwide.
XR Terra uses case studies and industry expertise to illustrate AR and VR's real-world impact in business and helps learners become digitally adept in these extended reality (XR) technologies. XR Terra's part-time, six-week AR and VR programs are taught by industry-recognized experts and are designed to help business leaders.

According to PwC data, this momentum will not slow down over the next ten years. A recent report predicts XR could potentially deliver a $1.5 trillion boost to the global economy and enhance more than 23 million jobs by 2030. Similarly, LinkedIn named blockchain as the top in-demand skill for 2020.
