EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) has been selected by Kuntahankinnat, provider of goods and services for the Finnish public sector, to serve as Kuntahankinnat framework agreement's primary supplier of medical print and electronic serials subscription services.
The agreement was initiated through a competitive tendering process conducted in accordance with European Union (EU) Regulations on Public Procurement. Following this evaluation, EBSCO was selected for its proven ability to deliver journal subscription services to medical titles online and in print, with a service level providing optimal value.
Selection was also based on EBSCO’s experience in meeting the demands of customers; its modern, easy-to-use technology; its expertise on medical publications; and its well-organised customer services. Publications will be supplied to hospitals, hospital districts, educational institutions, municipalities and other institutions across the country.
