World Scientific and Kyoto University in Japan have inked a new agreement to provide the university with access to about 1,500 Mathematics e-books. The collaboration substantially adds value to the digital content which Kyoto University faculty members and students currently use.
Kyoto University also joins the pool of prestigious Asian universities and research institutes that World Scientific work with on similar library collection building efforts, such as the National University of Singapore, University of Hong Kong, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Indian Institute of Technology and Chinese Academy of Sciences - Institute of Mathematics, amongst others.
