International subscription and information management service provider LM Information Delivery has announced the acquisition of the subscription management services division of Dutch company Broekhuis Business Services BV.
As of April 1, 2015, all of Broekhuis Business Services BV's subscription management services have been transferred to LM Information Delivery and will be serviced by the expert team of information professionals based in Deventer.
According to LM Information Delivery CEO, Janne Järvinen, Broekhuis customers transferring to LM will be able to take advantage of LM's innovative subscription management solutions and e-content services while still receiving the highest possible levels of local customer service.
