Mercy Health to implement ProVation Care Plans, powered by Lippincott Solutions, to enhance care quality and patient outcomes -

Healthcare information provider Wolters Kluwer Health has announced that Mercy Health will implement ProVation® Care Plans, powered by Lippincott Solutions, for evidence-based interdisciplinary care plan content and content management.

A central component of a healthcare organisation's care quality and core measures improvement strategy, ProVation Care Plans offers over 300 evidence-based care plan templates derived from Lippincott Solutions and their network of hundreds of practicing clinicians. Through its intelligent clinical content management system, ProVation Care Plans allows organisations to define and maintain their custom care plans library, while adhering to industry-accepted nursing terminology for goals and interventions.
