Meridian Health, a leading not-for-profit health organization in New Jersey, will join Cerner Corp. to help manage patient population health data from multiple non-Cerner acute and ambulatory Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
Meridian will use HealtheIntent™-based solutions, to help evolve from a hospital network to an organisation that manages its populations one person at a time.
The HealtheIntent platform aggregates and normalises clinical, financial, operational and claims data from multiple, disparate sources in near real time.
Meridian will implement HealtheIntent-based solutions, including HealtheRegistries™, HealtheCare™ and HealtheEDW™ (Enterprise Data Warehouse) across its more than 100 locations. These offerings can help Meridian provide clinicians with better insight of their patient population and improve engagement with members, their families and care providers.
