Non-profit scientific publisher IOP Publishing (IOP) has announced that the journal Methods and Applications in Fluorescence will now be indexed in Thomson Reuters' Web of Science, and content will appear shortly. Coverage will begin with Volume 1 (2013) and the journal will be included in the 2016 Journal Citation Reports with its first Impact Factor.
Methods and Applications in Fluorescence focuses on new developments in fluorescence spectroscopy, imaging, microscopy, fluorescent probes, labels and (nano) materials. The journal's editorial development is led by three Editors in Chief: David J S Birch, Strathclyde University, UK; Yves Mély, Université de Strasbourg, France: and Otto S Wolfbeis, Universität Regensburg, Germany.
The journal has also been accepted for inclusion in Scopus.
