NHS Confederation has announced a partnership with RCNi, a health information and learning provider for nurses, to offer its members a discount on subscriptions to RCNi Portfolio and RCNi Learning.
These RCNi online resources help organisations support nurses through revalidation - the process that all nurses and midwives in the UK need to follow to maintain their registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council - while improving staff retention and reducing recruitment costs.
RCNi Portfolio is tailored to the NMC's requirements and lets nurses store and track their evidence for revalidation in one easy to manage online space. It also includes access to 50 valuable CPD articles and interactive self-assessment exercises to help nurses build their evidence.
RCNi Learning, an interactive, online learning resource for nurses, is accredited by the Royal College of Nursing and proven to promote best practice, provide effective education outcomes and improve patient care. The 198 modules are accessible on any smartphone or tablet, which enables nurses to learn at a time and place that is convenient for them.
RCNi Portfolio and RCNi Learning is available to NHS Confederation members individually or as part of a package.
