Oxford University Press (OUP) and FinELib, a consortium of Finnish universities, research institutions, and public libraries, have reached an agreement for Read & Publish access to OUP’s journals collection.
The agreement came into effect on January 1, 2021 and lasts for 3 years. It allows scholars at participating universities and research institutions to both access research published in OUP’s journal collection and to publish their research output open access in hybrid journals published by OUP.
