Academic publisher Oxford University Press and AMSUS, the Society of Federal Health Professionals, have announced a new partnership to publish Military Medicine, the AMSUS bi-monthly scientific journal.
AMSUS, the Society of Federal Health Professionals, was founded in 1891 for the purpose of advancing the knowledge of military surgery, medicine, and sanitation in the medical departments of the Army, the Navy, and the Marine-Hospital Service of the United States and of the militia of the different States.' Today, AMSUS is the premier organisation for federal health professionals, dedicated to the continual improvement for those who serve, and their families.
Military Medicine publishes original research papers, systematic reviews and meta-analysis from international experts, and editorials focusing on the full range of medical issues of importance to Federal Health Professionals. It is the unique international journal that offers comprehensive articles from public health, psychological, medical, surgical, and rehabilitation viewpoints.
