Books enquiry and ordering services provider PubEasy, UK, has announced that Pearson Education UK, the global leader in educational publishing, will join the growing e-community of booksellers and their suppliers in the UK and International market.
When Pearson Education goes live (scheduled for autumn 2009), titles serviced via their UK distribution facilities will be available to registered booksellers with a PubEasy password for ordering and enquiry needs. Pearson Education joins a growing number of publishers who are making their catalogues available on PubEasy. These include McGraw-Hill, SAGE, Bedford, Freeman & Worth, and Chicago Distribution Services, which includes the University of Chicago Press among its 70 academic press distribution clients.
A division of US-based bibliographic information provider Bowker, PubEasy offers thousands of publisher imprints and millions of titles to over 16,000 booksellers across 110 countries. Publishers, distributors and wholesalers are seen to join PubEasy to get exposure to a large universe of potential clients, while increasing the ease with which those booksellers can conduct business with their suppliers.
