The Portico archive now hosts the content from three open access e-journals published by Veruscript – Veruscript Functional Nanomaterials, Cambridge Journal of Eurasian Studies and Journal of Intelligence and Terrorism Studies.
Veruscript ceased operations in May 2019 and these three journals were no longer hosted by any online platform. Therefore, they have “triggered” and are available to the community via the Portico archive. These titles were originally published under an open access license, and will remain open access through Portico.
Portico ensures that there will be ongoing access to content if a publisher goes out of business, as in this case, or if a publisher discontinues a title, no longer offers a title’s back issues, or experiences catastrophic and sustained failure of its delivery platform for longer than 90 days. To date, Portico triggered 122 titles; you can view or download a full list.
