Publisher Promotion & Fulfillment (PPF), a division of EBSCO Information Services, will provide subscription fulfillment services for the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) for its STM journals. The partnership will ensure that the needs of CMA journal subscribers are met while allowing CMA to focus on editorial aspects of its business.
The partnership between PPF and CMA, which began in 2012, provides long-term value and stability to CMA's subscription service. The partnership lets CMA shift responsibility for managing non-member institutional subscriptions to PPF, a company well-suited to managing the entire spectrum of subscription fulfillment services. PPF handles all aspects of subscription fulfillment, including customer service, renewals and retention, and new subscriber acquisition.
PPF Client Relations Manager, Heather Bean, anticipates continued success in the relationship between PPF and CMA as the organisations work together to build CMA's subscription base and service existing customers.
