Reed Business Information Ltd, part of RELX Group, has announced that it has sold the entire issued share capital of Cordell Information Pty Limited in Australia to CoreLogic, Inc.
CoreLogic, is an international provider of consumer, financial and property information, analytics and services to business and government. In Australia, CoreLogic acquired RP Data in early 2011, which now does business as CoreLogic RP Data.
Cordell Information is an authority on project activity and building cost information in Australia. This information is used extensively in a wide range of industries including building, property and insurance by a variety of professionals who appreciate the value of reliable, timely and comprehensive information.
