Research Square, leading provider of author services to researchers worldwide, announced a new trial with Wiley to make its Video Summaries solution available to authors publishing in a select set of Wiley journals.
As part of this pilot partnership, authors accepted at 20 Wiley journals, including Stem Cells, Journal of Biophotonics, and European Journal of Immunology, will have the option to purchase a Video Summary to help share their research to a broad audience in an engaging multimedia format.
Each Video Summary combines a 3-4 minute animated video with voiceover that summarizes the key findings and implications of a research article in language that is accessible to both researchers and the public. The final video is freely accessible on YouTube and can be shared by the journal and authors on websites, in presentations, and more.
