Academic publisher De Gruyter and ResearchGate, the professional network for researchers, have announced a content syndication partnership that will see content from 437 of De Gruyter’s journals added to ResearchGate.
With approximately 114,000 articles being syndicated on launch, representing all open-access content from De Gruyter’s journal portfolio, the scale of the partnership is particularly noteworthy. This initial set of articles represents all backlist content, and frontlist content will be added on publication.
Authors publishing open access, will see their articles automatically added to their publication pages on ResearchGate, giving them access to statistics and insights on the impact of their work, as well as enabling them to directly connect with their readers. Given the scale of the partnership, millions of researchers stand to benefit.
This partnership with ResearchGate will benefit De Gruyter authors around the world, allowing greater discoverability of their work, thus driving its impact and contributing to the global dissemination of knowledge.
