ResearchGate, the professional network for researchers, and Mohr Siebeck, an independent humanities and social sciences publisher, have announced a new Journal Home partnership to expand readership, authorship, and global visibility for Mohr Siebeck’s leading economics journals.
The agreement covers established hybrid journals publishing influential research in economics and finance. Through Journal Home, researchers with institutional subscription access will be able to discover subscription content directly via their ResearchGate accounts, connecting the journals with relevant audiences already engaged in scholarly literature.
Participating journals will benefit from increased usage and readership through seamless delivery of full‑text content to entitled researchers, alongside open access material. The partnership is also expected to encourage authorship by connecting journals with established and emerging researchers, strengthen author loyalty through automatic uploads of published articles to author profiles, and enhance visibility through dedicated Journal Profiles and prominent placement on the ResearchGate platform.
Robyn Mugridge, Head of Partnership Development at ResearchGate, explained that Journal Home enables publishers to build stronger relationships with research communities most relevant to their journals. She noted that the partnership would help increase the visibility, usage, and reach of Mohr Siebeck’s economics titles while supporting researchers in discovering high‑quality scholarship.
