ResearchGate and Tsinghua University Press expand Journal Home partnership -

ResearchGate, a professional network for researchers, has announced the expansion of its Journal Home partnership with Tsinghua University Press (TUP), a leading university press in China. This partnership, which began last year as the first of its kind with a Chinese publisher, now includes 11 open-access titles, more than doubling TUP’s initial coverage.

TUP has been a prominent entity in China’s higher education, science, and technology sectors since 1980. With this expanded partnership, more than 10,000 research articles across fields such as nano research, AI, computing, engineering, and life sciences will benefit from enhanced visibility through Journal Home’s advanced features and insights. Key benefits include:

• Increased visibility through dedicated journal profile pages that highlight key content and journal branding, aimed at attracting and retaining authors while fostering greater engagement.

• Streamlined author support, with automatic addition of articles to authors' profiles and valuable insights into readership and citation activity, facilitating engagement with an international audience.

• Enhanced engagement with authors throughout the publishing lifecycle, helping to grow the author base, and improving retention and loyalty.

• Immediate availability of article content to ResearchGate’s active community of over 25 million researchers, offering authors the opportunity to reach a broader audience.

• In-depth analytics via Journal Home’s unique insights, providing comprehensive views of readership and author communities, helping to track the impact of each journal.

This expanded partnership underscores TUP’s commitment to advancing academic excellence and fostering global collaboration through knowledge sharing. The collaboration has already led to broader reach and deeper engagement, and the increased portfolio will continue to drive innovation and create a lasting impact within the academic community.
