Academic publisher SAGE has chosen the RightsLink for Open Access platform from Copyright Clearance Center, Inc. (CCC), a global licensing and content solutions organisation, to manage Article Processing Charges (APCs) for its Open Access publications.
RightsLink for Open Access streamlines the entire author fee transaction for Open Access charges, page charges, colour charges, and more, giving publishers an author-centric workflow driven by a robust pricing, discount and collections engine. SAGE authors will be prompted to pay any charges due from within the editorial workflow, making the experience as seamless as possible.
As part of its commitment to education, CCC regularly updates its Open Access Resource Center, a collaboration with the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP). The Open Access Resource Center is a curated set of links to the latest Open Access news, reports, industry whitepapers, webinars and websites.
