Event archiving solutions provider Conference Archives, Inc. (CAI), US, has announced that The Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT) has agreed to deliver their annual meeting presentations to a global audience through Ekatius, CAI's new online platform for meeting and conference abstracts, posters, and rich media presentations. SCCT is a professional organisation representing over 4,500 physicians, scientists, and technologists who work in the field of cardiovascular computed tomography.
The SCCT event knowledge to be delivered through Ekatius will include rich media presentations captured from SCCT's 2nd Annual Scientific Meeting held in July 2007. Presentations from the forthcoming 2008 meeting will be added in 2009. SCCT's event knowledge will be available through the public library section of Ekatius (www.ekatius.com), which is free to the public, and through the World Health Organization's HINARI program, which delivers health science content to developing nations.
In combination with the cardiovascular event knowledge already found in Ekatius, the addition of SCCT presentations will provide both clinicians and researchers worldwide with an advanced, in-depth view of the latest research and advancements in cardiovascular diagnostic and imaging technologies.
