Online submission system provider Aries Systems Corporation, US, has announced that its Editorial Manager peer-review system has been selected by the Sudanese Journal of Ophthalmology (SJO).
SJO is published by Sudan Eye Center (SEC) in collaboration with Sudanese Eye Research Group. The journal publishes original research, clinical studies and reviews, with a special emphasis on the ophthalmic problems of the Sudan and neighboring regions. Authors, reviewers and editors will now be able to conveniently collaborate on research that will help address the ophthalmic problems of the region.
The Editorial Manager online submission system is used by more than 2,900 scholarly journals and processes tens of thousand of manuscripts per month. Earlier this month, EMH Swiss Medical Publisher Ltd announced an agreement to deploy Aries' Editorial Manager online peer-review system to journals published by EMH. The project will begin with deployment of Editorial Manager to two of the publisher's leading journals - Swiss Medical Weekly (SMW) and Kardiovaskulare Medizin.
