Subscription services provider Swets, Netherlands, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Boekhandel E. Frencken B.V., the Dutch based subscription agent and book and journal seller.
Under the acquisition deal, the business name Boekhandel E. Frencken B.V. will change to Frencken Information Services B.V., keeping the reputable Frencken name. The company will continue to offer the same level of service from its location in Eindhoven.
Boekhandel E. Frencken B.V. is established as a stable business partner for a well-developed customer base, handling books and subscriptions for businesses, institutions in the Netherlands and elsewhere for more than 50 years. The book seller which was at first mainly aimed at private sales has now become more and more specialised in commercial supplies of books and subscriptions.
