Publisher Taylor & Francis (T&F), UK, and Dipartimento di Biologia Evoluzionistica”Leo Pardi” dell’Università di Firenze have announced a new publishing partnership. Under the deal, T&F will publish and distribute the journal Ethology Ecology & Evolution, as well as administer subscriptions.
Ethology Ecology & Evolution has an Impact Factor of 0.943. The Journal will continue to publish research and review articles on all aspects of animal behaviour, ecology and evolution. Articles emphasise the significance of the research for understanding the function, ecology, evolution or genetics of behaviour. Contributions are also sought on aspects of ethology, ecology, evolution and genetics relevant to conservation.
The journal will move to Taylor & Francis’ InformaWorld platform, where it will benefit from HTML versions of articles, forward citation linking and advanced publication of articles online through iFirst. ScholarOne Manuscripts online submission and review (formerly Manuscript Central) has also been established, making peer review more efficient and maximising outreach to international authors. All back issues the title will be digitised and made available to subscribers online.
