Publisher Taylor & Francis, UK, has announced that it will publish the journal International Journal of Odonatology from Volume 14 in 2011. The journal is the official organ of the Worldwide Dragonfly Association.
The International Journal of Odonatology publishes original articles dealing with research on dragonflies, and is aimed at providing a publication outlet for the growing number of students of Odonata. It addresses subjects such as the ecology, ethology, physiology, genetics, taxonomy, phylogeny and geographic distribution of species.
The journal is indexed in the Web of Science and will receive its first Impact Factor in 2011.
