Publisher Taylor & Francis, UK, has announced that it will publish the journal Biodiversity, on behalf of the Tropical Conservancy Organization, with effect from Volume 12, 2011.
Biodiversity publishes research on the natural world to a broad audience of scientists, educators, policy makers, conservationists, science writers, naturalists and students. The journal seeks to raise an appreciation and deeper understanding of species, ecosystems and the interconnectedness of the living world and thereby avoid the mismanagement, misuse and destruction of biodiversity.
With Taylor & Francis, the journal will see a number of improvements, including volumes 1 through 11 moving to Taylor & Francis' informaworld platform. This will bring benefits including HTML versions of articles, forward citation linking and online publication of articles ahead of the print issue through iFirst. The publisher will add global reach and visibility to the journal's traditional research strengths, providing authors and readers with an even better publishing experience.
Taylor & Francis is committed to the current Editorial policy and this will remain under the exclusive control of the journal Editors, in conjunction with the Tropical Conservancy Organization.
