The Charlesworth Group is working with journal GERMS to help support them with their file conversion requirements for PubMed Central (PMC) deposit. GERMS is a peer-reviewed infectious diseases journal published by the European HIV/AIDS and Infectious Diseases Academy and the National Institute of Infectious Diseases "Prof.Dr Matei Bals", Romania.
The journal provides health, social and education professionals with the highest standards of knowledge and practice in the area of infectious diseases. As part of the project, The Charlesworth Group converted files from Microsoft Word to PubMedCentral-compliant XML to enable GERMS to meet the necessary deposit criteria set by PMC.
The Charlesworth Group is expert in XML conversion workflows, possessing the ability and flexibility to work with a variety of source files, and also to output a broad variety of formats and DTDs, including PMC- and NLM-compliant formats, tailored to the needs of the customer.
