The Russell Sage Foundation selects HighWire as its new hosting platform -

Scholarly publishing tech provider HighWire has announced that the Russell Sage Foundation (RSF) has selected HighWire as its new publishing platform and hosting provider.

RSF: The Russell Sage Foundation Journal of the Social Sciences is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal of original empirical research articles by both established and emerging scholars. Using the HighWire Open Platform, JCore will provide the Foundation a powerful content ingestion, enrichment and publishing infrastructure for its website. The solution provides a modern site design that can be strategically configured in support of the Foundation’s publishing goals.

RSF dedicates itself exclusively to strengthening the methods, data, and theoretical core of the social sciences as a means of diagnosing social problems and improving social policies. Its journal is designed to promote cross-disciplinary collaborations on timely issues of interest to academics, policymakers, and the public at large. Content from RSF: The Russell Sage Foundation Journal of Social Sciences will move from its current hosting platform, Atypon, to the HighWire platform in 2019.
