Academic publisher Oxford University Press (OUP) has announced that The University of Minnesota Press will join University Press Scholarship Online (UPSO) in August 2015. The Minnesota Scholarship Online (tentatively called MPSO) site will go live with 389 titles across a broad range of subject areas.
According to Doug Armato, Director, University of Minnesota Press, Minnesota’s highly interdisciplinary list interfaces with a wide array of academic fields in the humanities, social sciences, and the natural and physical sciences. Being a part of Oxford's rapidly-expanding online research library presents an opportunity to build even more dynamic linkages across a diverse body of scholarship and scholarly communities worldwide.
Columbia University Press will also be joining University Press Scholarship Online (UPSO) in November 2015. The Columbia Scholarship Online site will go live with approximately 400 titles across the humanities and social sciences.
