Open Access scholarly publisher Versita has announced a partnership with the Polish Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology to publish Nukleonika - International Journal of Nuclear Research. Published since 1956, the journal claims to be one of the world's oldest periodicals in nuclear sciences.
Nukleonika - International Journal of Nuclear Research is an international, peer-reviewed, scientific journal, publishing original top quality papers on fundamental, experimental, applied and theoretical aspects of nuclear sciences. The journal brings together scientists working on nuclear technologies to disseminate and debate recent developments and applications. Nukleonika will join the strong range of open access STM Society Journals published by Versita.
The first issue of Nukleonika to be published by Versita will be volume 59 (2014). The journal has been distributed online for 13 years now, and as of 2012 has an Impact Factor of 0.507.
