Publisher John Wiley and Sons Inc., in partnership with The American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), have launched the College's second official journal, JACCP: Journal of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (JACCP), with its first online issue to publish in time for the ACCP Global Conference on Clinical Pharmacy in Seattle, Washington, October 20-23, 2018.
JACCP will complement ACCP's flagship journal, Pharmacotherapy through publication of papers across the spectrum of clinical pharmacy practice. The new journal will serve as a forum for discussions of clinical pharmacy practice research, education, and training. In addition, JACCP will publish official ACCP position and policy papers and Board of Pharmacy Specialties recertification modules.
Dr. Jerry Bauman, FCCP, FACC Dean Emeritus and Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy will serve as the JACCP's first Editor-in-Chief. Dr. Bauman will lead an esteemed Editorial Board in rigorous peer review of submissions to JACCP.
The Journal of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy will be online only and available to ACCP members as a membership benefit, and to institutions through a subscription.
