Wiley, a global leader in research and learning, has announced an expanded partnership with IEEE, the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology. Effective January 1, 2025, the new agreement builds on their existing collaboration, adding media sales and content initiatives across IEEE’s extensive portfolio of publications, journals, and online platforms.
The agreement aims to provide advertisers with high-impact solutions embedded within trusted editorial content, granting access to an even broader audience of professionals and researchers. Readers will benefit from the latest information about cutting-edge tools, technologies, and knowledge to aid their professional growth and decision-making.
IEEE’s expansive portfolio features more than 6.5 million documents in the IEEE Xplore digital library, including IEEE Spectrum Magazine, over 200 journals and magazines, conference articles, standards, and eBooks. With 460,000 members in over 190 countries, IEEE publishes nearly one-third of the world’s technical literature in electrical engineering, computer science, and electronics and sponsors over 2,000 conferences annually.
This collaboration builds on IEEE’s status as Wiley’s first Research Exchange Submission customer since 2020. Together, the organizations have enhanced workflows, including the integration of preprints, and are exploring expanded support for conferences and screening tools.
By strengthening this partnership, Wiley and IEEE reaffirm their shared mission to advance research dissemination and technology innovation, ensuring researchers and professionals have access to top-tier content and advertising solutions in an evolving digital landscape.
