Wiley-Blackwell to publish The Protein Society's flagship publication, Protein Science -

Wiley-Blackwell, the STM and scholarly publishing business of John Wiley & Sons, Inc., US, has announced a publishing partnership with The Protein Society, an international society devoted to furthering research and development in protein science. Under the deal, Wiley-Blackwell will publish the Society's flagship publication, Protein Science.

A monthly publication, Protein Science is edited by Brian W. Matthews. The journal covers research on all scientific aspects of protein molecules, publishing full-length original research, peer reviews, and book reviews from leading scientists and scholars throughout the field of protein science. It also reports significant advancements relating to the chemical, biophysical, and recombinant determination of protein structure.

The partnership reinforces Wiley-Blackwell's already prominent position as publisher for over 750 society partners. The global publisher continues to provide the scholarly community with access to quality content available.
