Wiley-Blackwell, the STM and scholarly publishing business of John Wiley & Sons, Inc., US, has announced a new agreement with enterprise solutions provider CambridgeSoft Corporation, US. Under the deal, CambridgeSoft will offer structure- and substructure-searchable versions of Wiley's organic chemistry content to their customers under the title of Wiley Organic Essentials.
CambridgeSoft will provide Wiley-Blackwell's reaction databases and online reference works to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical industries and to higher education and academic researchers worldwide. The company will begin offering Wiley Organic Essentials to its users and customers with immediate effect. This partnership further strengthens the global publisher's portfolio in organic chemistry.
CambridgeSoft will deliver this content to its customers through its business and technology channels such as the E-Notebook platform, ChemBioDraw, and ChemBioFinder Gateway. With this initiative, the company seeks to extend the reach of this valuable information to a wider audience of scientists, and help them rapidly plan and execute more efficient syntheses.
